Oceanogrà fic (L’Oceanogrà fic) in Valencia is Europe’s largest aquarium and a key element of the City of Arts and Sciences architectural complex. It dedicates 110,000 m² to recreating the world’s main marine ecosystems, from the Mediterranean and Atlantic to the Arctic and Antarctic, with more than 27,000 animals representing around 750 species. The complex features the longest underwater tunnel in Europe, a large dolphinarium, and the only belugas in Europe, blending immersive exhibits with conservation and research. The best time to visit is late spring to early autumn (May–September), when Valencia’s weather is warm and the City of Arts and Sciences is at its most vibrant.
